Screws arrived and as expected they were very small but still a touch too big.  Luckily, I was able to with just a minimal amount of filing to get them to fit.  So this weekend I hope to actually create a prototype mandible and see if everything looks right.

Tiny, tiny screws

Haven't posted much in a while.  Real life got in the way.  Anyway, I just ordered some screws and nuts for the face part of the project.  The screws are incredibly tiny, only about 1.5mm in diameter.  They will be used to secure the servos to the face part of the outfit.  Since the servos are so small I am expecting them to have a high failure rate.  I wanted to uses the screws and nuts to attach them to make it easier to quickly swap out a failed servo.
